One of our reputed clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executives to join their team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely solutions.
• Support sales and service teams in achieving business goals.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Computer literacy and experience with CRM or call management systems preferred.
• Reside in Colombo or nearby for easy commute.
• Full-time position based in Colombo.
• Standard probationary period applies.
